Description
As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Recruitment and administration/on-boarding of new starters
- Issuing employment contracts, and other related documents
- Manage the leaver process and confirm changes in employment terms and conditions to promoted employees, including pay reviews and changes of job titles
- Administration and collation of the payroll information including payroll queries
- Updating and maintaining the HR employee files
- Maintain absence records and highlight areas of concern to Management
- Provide advice and support on company HR process
- You will deal with all reference correspondence in line with company policy or other agreements by checking personnel files
Profile
The successful HR Advisor will:
- Have similar experience in a HR Advisor position
- Have up-to-date knowledge of employment law
- Strong recruitment experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
