Temporary HR Advisor role based in Stoke Mandeville for an education trust.
Your new company
This company is a thriving Multi-Academy Trust, covering 15 schools and 500 employers across Oxfordshire and Berkshire.
Your new role
This role is a 2-3-week vacancy, depending on the outcome you may have the opportunity to extend this. You will have experience in putting processes forward, report to HR director, role is purely an interim role to assist with creating new HR templates and forms, you will also have experience standardising HR processes and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience with general HR practise, storing documents, putting processes forward, absence performance, educational or general HR background and experience preferred, Re branding templates, re branding templates as well as:

  • 1-2 years' experience within a HR advisor role.
  • Able to demonstrate employment law knowledge
  • Microsoft packages - Excel, PP, Word
  • Outlook
