Brand new HR Advisor role available, this is a 3 Months FTC, we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

This role will be based in Manchester, working 4-5 days on site, 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility on start and finish times. This role will be working for a well known manufacturing business, based in the heart of Manchester supporting a team of HR professionals, covering all aspects of HR, and implementing projects into the business as part of the long-term growth plans.
Salary: £28,000
What the day to day responsibilities are;
·Experienced in Employee relations - can manage disciplinary, grievance & absence meetings with minimal support
·Administration - New starters onto the HR system (People Portal), salary changes on the people portal system, contracts etc
·Onboarding - Managing the pre-onboarding for new starters
·Recruitment - Manage weekly recruitment - adverts, CV review, organising interviews, feedback
·Projects - includes electronic filing system up to date, Update & refresh comms app
·People queries - first point of contact for people queries
