Were seeking an HR Advisor to join a busy Housing Group working across sites in the South / South West
We are seeking an HR Advisor to join a progressive HR team supporting a variety of sites across the South and South West. Hybrid working and occasional travel to any of sites
You'll already have some experience working in a HR function, most likely as an HR administrator or HR officer looking for that next step in your career. If you've got your CIPD L3 that's great news, but don't worry if not, we will support you to gain your qualifications as you progress
You'll have some knowledge of employment law and will be confident in your knowledge of processes and procedures to support our leaders.
As a People Advisor, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating workload and conflicting priorities. You'll work autonomously, managing your own caseload and case work, effectively managing your priorities to meet the needs of the business.

Hybrid Working / Home and occasional travel to sites
The organisation operate throughout the Wessex region, with sites in Andover, Devizes, Wells and Dorset. Occasional travel may be required within our area of operation so a driving licence and use of car for business purposes is essential.
Although travel will not be frequent, candidates may be required to travel to all locations.
