HR Advisor
Inverclyde, 4 days onsite
Full Time, 18 month FTC
Salary circa £35kpa
Iconic Resourcing are supporting our client to recruit a HR Advisor on a FTC 18 months basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with management and staff
- Advise on HR policies and procedures
- Support managers with employee issues
- Oversee recruitment processes
- Liaise with external partners
- Assist with HR projects and communications
- Support payroll processing when needed
- Mentor junior HR staff
Key Requirements
- Experience in an HR Advisor role
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in HR project support
- Effective communication skills
- Tactful and discreet with confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
