Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate HR Advisor to join a manufacturing business in Leeds on a part-time basis. As a HR Advisor, you will be responsible for driving employee engagement and communication initiatives, managing the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), executing the annual calendar plan, and providing support for HR strategy and plans, with a particular focus on employee wellbeing and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.
  • Promote and strengthen company Employee Value Proposition to attract and retain top talent.
  • Execute the annual calendar plan, including employee engagement events and communication initiatives.
  • Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support HR strategy and plans, with a focus on employee wellbeing and facilitating "giving back" days in partnership with charity organisations.

Requirements:

  • 3 years’ in a HR Advisory position, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience managing complex Employee Relations cases.
  • Proven experience of leading wellbeing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Value Proposition (EVP) principles and implementation strategies.
  • Proficiency in reporting and analysing data to measure the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience in collaborating with charity partners or organising community engagement events is desirable.

This is a permanent, hybrid, part-time role (20 hours per week), offering £40,000 FTE.
