Interim HR Advisor-Projects-3-4 weeks, Stoke Mandeville, £18.50-£20.44 p/h

Hays are excited to represent an established public sector organisation in Stoke Mandeville, who are seeking an Interim HR Advisor-Projects candidate, to manage some HR project work, hybrid role-2 days office based per week and 3 days home based, with flexible hours.
Your new role
As an interim HR Advisor-Projects-3-4 weeks, you will report to the HR Director and will be responsible for creating standardised HR templates, forms, improving HR processes, putting a training guide in place and reviewing all employee life cycle activities, absence management, performance management, resignations etc. You will be responsible for re-branding, checking wording and the storing of all HR documents in one place. A great HR project for an HR Advisor who enjoys improving processes, has great attention to detail and is happy to work autonomously.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be able to start with no more than one weeks notice. You must have experience at HR Advisor level and have experience creating HR templates and forms and improving HR processes and procedures.
