HR and Payroll Officer
Bromsgrove
£17 per hour (Umbrella)
Temp to Perm
We have an new exciting vacancy for an experienced HR and Payroll Officer who will provide support to the Head of People and Payroll department in a dual role.
This role is part time, 20 hours per week split evenly over the course of 4 days.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Head of People and Payroll Department with HR administrative tasks and payroll related queries
- Looking after recruitment aftercare including onboarding, preparing contracts of employment and offer letters
- Managing HR inboxes and general HR administration
- Processing timesheets for employees and accurately reporting payroll data
- Processing payroll for approximately 300 staff members
- Supporting the wider HR team with the management of the absence recording system including holidays and sickness
