A well respected East Sussex based client are looking to recruit a HR Assistant on a fixed term contract basis.
Description
As HR Assistant you will be responsible for an efficient administrative function to the department by proactively providing support against departmental needs. This will include the administration and co-ordination of recruitment processes, including completion of pre-employment checks and contract preparation, and actioning changes to personnel and contract information on the HR System and by drafting letters in response to these changes as directed.
Profile
You will have previous experience of accurately administering HR processes and procedures in a busy HR Department as well as excellent IT skills covering Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
