HR Assistant, Manufacturing, Norwich, circa £23,000-28,000 + benefits
Your new company
Your new organisation, a manufacturing specialist, is looking for a resilient self-starter to join the team as a HR Assistant! Based in Norwich, you will provide a professional, confidential, and efficient HR admin service to support the HR Manager and wider organisation.
Your new role
Within your new role, you will support the following disciplines across the generalist remit:
- Recruitment, inclusive of admin creation, candidate sourcing, Right to Work checks, onboarding, and probationary administration.
- Payroll collation
- HR Report
- HR Admin and Documentation Maintenance
- Absence management support
- Adhoc projects
- Policy and processing support
- Any other duties commensurate with the role grading
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will have practical experience in HR administration and ideally a CIPD qualification. It is fundamental that you can perform in a fast paced environment with changing demands.
You will be resilient, self-starting, ambitious, proactive, and have excellent communication skills- both written and verbal.
