Our client are a highly credible not-for-profit organisation doing important legal work. They are currently looking for an HR Business Partner to add value to their team, to assist with a blend of both strategic and operational needs, initially on a 12-month FTC basis. A hybrid-working role, this is a chance to join an amazing team within an organisation doing valuable work.
Key roles & responsibilities:
- Supporting the HR director in a diverse range of strategic projects, as well as standard day-to-day operations
- Acting as a key point-of-contact to provide advice and guidance to managers and business heads on a full range of HR issues including performance management, appraisals and recruitment
- Leading on a range of major HR projects to add value to the business in line with greater company objectives
- Assisting in the creation and roll-out of cohesive, global HR policies and procedures as the organisation expands internationally
- Supporting on a full generalist operational HR remit including employee lifecycle activities, recruitment, learning and development and benefits packages
- Create reports, analyse and provide relevant data and metrics to drive process efficiency
Skills and experienced required:
- Proven track record working within HR Business Partner roles, ideally in a start-up environment
- Excellent communication skills with confident delivery
- Ability to work both independently, as well as collaboratively with various business heads
- Must be self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high-quality service and experience
- Detail oriented approach and analytically minded
- Logical problem solver with great situational judgement and use of own initiative, ability to deliver effective solutions
- Fast learner with ability to thrive in a fast changing, global environment
- Pragmatic with high levels of empathy and emotional intelligence
