We are currently partnering with a manufacturing company with sites across the globe who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner for their Hereford site.This is a full-time permanent role paying up to £50k, and will be servicing a headcount of c450 staff within a unionised environment.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Providing ER support to a site of 450 staff, including disciplinaries, investigations, grievances, sickness, absence and performance managementSupport with sickness and occupational health, including return to work interviewsWorking in partnership with Trade Unions as necessaryCoaching and supporting managers in best people practiceLeading on engagement with employees to develop business needsAccurately maintaining the HRIS, preparing reports as requiredContinually reviewing HR processes and making recommendations for improvementsGuiding, mentoring and coaching a HR AdvisorExperience required:Employee relationsEmployee engagementStakeholder managementCoaching and influenceWorking hours:37 hours per week Monday – Friday8.30am – 4.30pm5 days on sitePlease note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
