West Yorkshire (Mid M62 based)
Up to £40,000 plus bonus and benefits
A global organisation is looking to recruit someone to report into a senior HR lead with ideally a relevant degree couple with CIPD qualification. You will have at least 2/3 years HRBP experience.
Your responsibility will be to provide an effective HR generalist service, including all aspects of recruitment, performance management, training and induction, succession planning, pay and benefits, employee relations; including discipline, grievance and absence management and employment law advice.
If you are able to work on your own initiative and are interested in managing projects independently then we would like to hear from you.
You will be based from their office with occasional travel to other sites as and when required.
