Our client is a leading premium hospiality business, they are looking for an HR Business Partner to join them.
In this role, you will be a true partner to multiple functions within the business, developing and owning a people plan to support their strategy, whilst also supporting the broader people plan.
The ideal candidate will have solid generalist experience gained within a highly commercial and fast paced environment. We are looking for someone able to influence, challenge and communicate effectively at all levels and who is comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment.
Candidates should ideally have experience within hospitality or retail.
