Job Description
Macmillan Davies are partnering with a well renowned fashion retail business in their search for a HR Business Partner to look after people matters of their distribution function.
Reporting to the People Director, the role exists to provide commercial support and guidance to business leaders, managers and colleagues in the distribution centre based on the Wirral.
Operating as a key member of the DC leadership team, the focus will be on enabling positive employee and union relations, an engaging employee experience and highly skilled employee base.
The role will manage a small team and oversee site activity for:
* People strategy
* Learning & Development
* Talent Retention & Engagement
* Employee Relations
* Employee Lifecycle
* Change Management & Projects
There is a wider Group People Team based elsewhere that this role will form part of and be able to rely upon.
About you
We're looking for a competent and enthusiastic Business Partner able to call upon experience gained ideally in a distribution or logistics environment. You will be familiar with working with Trade Unions and enjoy building strong harmonious relationships inside and outside of this very well-regarded, people-centric business.
Culture and engagement will be high on your priority list as you work with a very capable, but relatively newly formed site management team.
