The client is a manufacturing business based near Worcester
Description
- Designated HR Business Partner supporting a site in Worcestershire
- Provide operational guidance, advice and support on people related issues
- Manage all complex ER casework
- Coach, upskill and guide line managers to deal with their own people issues
- Partner and influence SLT and line managers around the strategic HR agenda
- Implement Talent Management on site including succession planning, identifying high performers and creating career plans
- Drive employee engagement on site, identifying any specific site issues and come up with creative solutions
- Work closely with the wider Reward team to develop pay and reward strategy
- Ensure accurate HR MI reporting and use data to drive decision making
- Wider HR Projects as neccessary
Profile
- Proven track record at HR Business Partner level, or Senior HR Advisor looking for a step up
- Proven operational HR Track record
- Proven experience working on strategic people plans
- CIPD qualified
- Strong coaching and influencing skills - with proven examples
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Able to work autonomously and come up with creative solutions
