HR Business Partner for VF Business UK, directly partnering the Head of Product and Head of Small Business, with a key focus on organisational effectiveness, culture and engagement, talent management, and building leadership and professional capabilities. This role will also be the UK HR lead on Business Product Operating Model, SME Acceleration and Business Digital acceleration. and represent VF Business HR on specific priority work-streams to support the wider UK HR agenda.


What will you be doing? 


Key accountabilities and decision ownership 
• Developing, driving and facilitating delivery of the Product and Small Business people plans to support the achievement of the business strategy. 
• Leading on the engagement and culture plan for Product and Small Business, including supporting the embedding of spirit behaviours, and future ready ways of working
• Leading on the HR workstream for Business Product Operating Model, SME Acceleration and Digital Acceleration, including implementation of operating model changes, and the resourcing, talent and capability plans.
• Supports on the evolution of the overall VF Business operating model to ensure future readiness, and drive revenue and margin maximisation and operational efficiency
• Drives effective talent management, and succession planning to ensure we have the future diverse pipeline of senior leaders
• Coaches leadership team, recommending and implementing initiatives to enable leadership team effectiveness


Who are we looking for?

• Ability to prioritise and identify core issues whilst managing competing deliverables and stakeholders
• Strong relationship & coaching skills; strong communicator
• Commercially savvy; good depth of business understanding
• Ability to navigate a matrixed, complex & international organisation
• Analytical, comfortable with interpreting and using data insights. intellectual capacity to learn quickly
• Experience in operating model design and change management desirable
• Educated to degree level or equivalent 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel software
• CIPD qualifications (or equivalent) an advantage
