An autonomous HR BP role to join a growing healthcare business - home-based with frequent travel to sites.

Your new role
This position reports to an experienced Head of HR with support from 2 other HR Business Partners who cover the sites across the UK. You will also have support from the wider HR / Recruitment teams too.
Main purpose of the role:
To provide high quality and commercial HR business partnering to senior and business leaders in the organisation to ensure successful delivery of strategic people outcomes as well as providing coaching, support and challenge to managers on all parts of the employee lifecycle including complex employee relations issues, talent and succession, learning and development, organisation design and reward.
Working hours are 40 / week, 8.30am-5pm (Monday to Friday). This position is home-based, but will require regular travel to sites in the South East / South West 3-4 days / week with occasional overnight stays than can be expensed every month (along with all mileage). Sites include Southampton (main sites) and Woking, plus others including Chandlers Ford, Isle of Wight, Guildford, Kent and one in Wales. You may be required to occasionally visit the Southampton Head Office too.


What you'll need to succeed
This position will suit someone with experience in a multi-site HR / People Business Partner role or similar, who enjoys regular travel and has a willingness to be flexible in a changeable role as required.
You must be CIPD Level 5 qualified (minimum), with strong experience of managing complex ER case work (including ASAS Conciliation and Tribunals) and a demonstratable knowledge of TUPE processes.
