Job Description
A leading luxury brand based in London are looking to bring in a new Retail HR Business Partner to join their growing team.The HR Business Partner will look after a number of allocated brands and play a key role in the delivery of vital people objectives as well as involvement in various projects. It will be beneficial if you have previous experience work experience within retail and/or luxury.
The HRBP will be expected to anticipate talent needs and look to implement changes and development accordingly in partnership with a Senior HRBP that you will report into.
This role also comes with 2 direct reports within the HR team.
In terms of hybrid working, the HRBP will be expected in the office (West London) 3 times a week with 2 working from home.
