Job Description

I’m delighted to be partnering with a Investment Technology provider on their growth in their People team in London. The firm are on the hunt for a HR Business Partner on an initial 12 Month Fixed Term Contract to own all operational HR topics linked to the employee lifecycle, focusing on UK based teams.

The role will be based in a dynamic, young, and collaborative company where people culture is valued, respected and promoted across all teams and levels. The firm offer a hybrid working policy, flexibility, development and a solid range of benefits.

You will be involved in all HR activities with a main focus on:

  • Acting as a truly business partners for the relevant departments
  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment
  • Provide commercially sound and practical advice relating to HR policies, standards and guidelines
  • Recruit highly qualified employees, fostering diversity and inclusion
  • Promote a fair performance-based appraisal methodology
  • Develop the full potential of the workforce
  • Participate to payroll, HR Admin, Compensation, Benefits, Labour cost and workforce planning activities
  • Provide counselling and support on policies and procedures
  • Adhere to laws and regulations

Requirements for the role:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced Financial Services or FinTech environment.
  • The ideal candidate will at least have a 3-year-experience within the HR area – being knowledgeable of local UK practices & regulations as well as international ones
  • Dynamic, proactive, you are not afraid to take ownership
