iPeople Solutions is currently recruiting for HR Business Partners to work for our client based in Lambeth and surrounding areas.
The successful post holder will provide a professional HR service to managers within a designated area on all workforce related matters including resourcing, management of attendance, performance management, employee relations issues and general HR management interventions, to deliver business objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supporting, coaching, challenging and empowering Directorate line managers in managing people issues (e.g., Disciplinary, Grievance etc.)
- Dealing with local trade union (TU) representatives in relation to individual cases or local collective issues Undertake effective Job Evaluations, drawing on benchmarking data and ensuring a fair, consistent, and objective assessment.
- Supporting and facilitating the application of the client’s policies on performance appraisal and on people issues relating to individual or collective performance.
- Finds solutions to problems relating to strategic, policy or legal constraints or requirements Understands local issues in the Directorates and takes action based on the implications from a HR perspective
Requirements:
- Level 5 CIPD Qualified or equivalent experience
- Previous local-government experience desirable
- Employee Relations Casework experience
- Restructures/Organisational Change
- Employment Law
- HRBP experience
Working hours: 09.00 am - 17.30 pm, Monday – Friday
