Frasers Group are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to support the Retail side of our business, covering Southregions. As part of the People Partnering team, you will support a range of stakeholders across our business & will report directly into the Head of People Performance. You will:
- Partner with stakeholders delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives
- Create and implement a People Plan for your business areas with actions that support the delivery of the overall Frasers Group People strategy
- Focus areas will be organisational design, ensuring roles and structures are fit for purpose, talent attraction, retention and development to support succession planning
- Support Managers to proactively manage employee relations issues
- Work collaboratively with other People teams to deliver transformational change projects
- Support the engagement agenda and initiatives to drive improved engagement levels, positively impacting on people KPIs
- Act as a 'trusted advisor' to partners, providing valued & effective coaching & guidance
- Identify and build best practice people frameworks, solutions, process & tools that can be used in the business to enhance people/business performance to achieve our vision
- Act as a visible advocate for our purpose & values, creating an environment where our values are demonstrated consistently
- This is a field based role with remote working and some requirement to travel.

Profile
- Prior experience within retail is essential
- Diverse industry & HR expertise, with proven success in generalist, partnering roles in fast paced, multi-location & complex businesses
- Experience as part of a high performing team within a highly customer centric service or retail environment
- Ability to establish effective relationships in order to collaborate, persuade and influence
- Able to shape & lead initiatives/change projects
- Can interpret and analyse data and propose actions to drive positive change
- Assertive, resilient and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks
