Frasers Group are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to support the Retail side of our business, covering Southregions. As part of the People Partnering team, you will support a range of stakeholders across our business & will report directly into the Head of People Performance. You will:

  • Partner with stakeholders delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives
  • Create and implement a People Plan for your business areas with actions that support the delivery of the overall Frasers Group People strategy
  • Focus areas will be organisational design, ensuring roles and structures are fit for purpose, talent attraction, retention and development to support succession planning
  • Support Managers to proactively manage employee relations issues
  • Work collaboratively with other People teams to deliver transformational change projects
  • Support the engagement agenda and initiatives to drive improved engagement levels, positively impacting on people KPIs
  • Act as a 'trusted advisor' to partners, providing valued & effective coaching & guidance
  • Identify and build best practice people frameworks, solutions, process & tools that can be used in the business to enhance people/business performance to achieve our vision
  • Act as a visible advocate for our purpose & values, creating an environment where our values are demonstrated consistently
  • This is a field based role with remote working and some requirement to travel.

Profile

  • Prior experience within retail is essential
  • Diverse industry & HR expertise, with proven success in generalist, partnering roles in fast paced, multi-location & complex businesses
  • Experience as part of a high performing team within a highly customer centric service or retail environment
  • Ability to establish effective relationships in order to collaborate, persuade and influence
  • Able to shape & lead initiatives/change projects
  • Can interpret and analyse data and propose actions to drive positive change
  • Assertive, resilient and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks
