We are delighted to be working with a well-known organisation that supports public sector clients nationally in recruiting for a permanent HR Business Partner to cover the South of England
Role HR Business Partner with one direct report
£50.000 - £58.000 depending on experience
£5.200 Car Allowance OR Company Car
5% annual bonus target
3 or 4 days a week on site/s
Patch covered; London, South East and South West, Birmingham
Will manage own diary accordingly.
Looking for a strong HR Generalist with business partnering experience from a multi-site background. Trade Union useful but not essential.
The role
HR Partner developing and delivering the People Plan and managing change projects.
Identifying HR priorities from business and people plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practice
Lead for mobilisation projects, structural change and other people change projects across the Region.
Advising on grievance and disciplinary processes and action including attendance at hearing as required
Experience needed
Looking for a strong HR Generalist with business partnering experience from a multisite background. Trade Union useful but not essential.
Knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice
Experience of complex grievance and disciplinary issues
Emotionally intelligent with demonstrable experience of influencing and challenging Senior Management
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
