HR Data Analyst

* Salary up to £55,000
* Hybrid Working (2 - 3 days in the London office)
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global telecommunications company, who are recruiting for a HR Data Analyst to join the team and work closely with their Chief People Officer.
About the role
You will be working closely with the Chief People Officer to support on all things HR Data analytics. You will be collating all aspects of HR data, building dashboards and using visualisation tools. Further responsibilities will include creating packs to be presented to the board, providing insights and identifying trends on data and using external data sources to compare against competitors in the market.
Candidate Experience
The successful candidate will have prior experience working with HR data and have excellent communication and networking skills. You will need to have advanced excel and power point skills and experience providing insights on people data.
