The HR director at Emanuel is a key role - providing leadership, creativity and a clear vision for staffing matters within the school. We are looking for an outstanding and positive professional, with the ability to support the school’s HR strategy for the future.
Our new HR director will join the organisation at an exciting time. The school has grown significantly in recent years, and a strong staff team is established. In the HR area, positive practices are already in place, and the new director will have the opportunity to build new initiatives on firm foundations.
The ideal candidate will have the right attitude, a sense of energy and the confidence and capability to support the leadership team in achieving success through our people. Experience with managing change programmes is essential.
We are looking for an experienced and practiced MCIPD HR director, ideally with experience in schools (or in a similarly complex environment with the capacity to quickly learn the nature of this sector).
