A 2 month temporary role for a HR (ER) Advisor to join a care / telecomms business - New Milton / hybrid.

My client is a telecommunications business who offer support to their customers within the care sector.
Your new role
This is a 2 month temporary contract for a HR (Employee Relations) Advisor to join a team of 4 to manage 5+ ER cases per week (absence / disciplinary etc) on average. This requirement is due to a promotion within the team and the 2 month contract could be extended, but will not become permanent.
You will ideally work a hybrid model of 2-3 days per week in the New Milton office vs 2-3 days working from home, but fully remote working will be considered too if required.
Working hours: 35 / week (+1 hour unpaid lunch / day), Monday-Friday. 9am-5pm.
What you'll need to succeed
This temporary role will suit an ER specialist or ER-biased generalist looking for a short contract working as part of a friendly, experienced HR team.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an hourly rate (PAYE) between £18.47-£19.70 (including holiday). This is equal to £30,000-£32,000 / annum FTE.
Free parking is available on site too.
