Job Description
HR IT Lead required by my leading Banking client to enable the organisations' portfolio of programmes and projects to deliver effectively. You'll operationally manage the in-scope systems, in conjunction with the Nearshore Application Support function, ensuring business continuity.
The role will also include Project management of the in-scope change function including leading and attending the relevant governance forums, Budget control, portfolio reporting and efficiency management.

The following skills / experience is essential:
- Strong HR system knowledge
- Strong experience on the SuccessFactors system
- Previous line management experience is beneficial
- Financial services background is desirable
- Excellent communication skills.
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + bonus + package
Level: VP
