Description

As HR Manager you will take on a fully generalist role, including;

  • Partner with Directors and Managers within the business
  • Support with all ER casework
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date
  • Recruitment activity
  • Grow and develop the HR Administrator
  • Overview of Appraisal process
  • Talent management including developing succession plans
  • Support with careers fairs etc and look at how they bring people into the business
  • Lead on any TUPE activity
  • Lead on implementation of new HRIS

Profile

  • CIPD qualified
  • Able to commute to Birmingham
  • TUPE experience
  • Ideally from PS or FS background
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
