Description
As HR Manager you will take on a fully generalist role, including;
- Partner with Directors and Managers within the business
- Support with all ER casework
- Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date
- Recruitment activity
- Grow and develop the HR Administrator
- Overview of Appraisal process
- Talent management including developing succession plans
- Support with careers fairs etc and look at how they bring people into the business
- Lead on any TUPE activity
- Lead on implementation of new HRIS
Profile
- CIPD qualified
- Able to commute to Birmingham
- TUPE experience
- Ideally from PS or FS background
- Strong stakeholder management skills
