HR Manager | 3 days in Hemel Hempstead | up to £55k | 9 month FTC
I am working with a growing Tech company who are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join them on a 9 month contract to cover a maternity leave.
Please note that you must be available to start this role by 1st April at the latest.
The role reports to the CCO and will manage 2 HR Generalists.
You will be responsible for the full provision of HR services across multiple sites including all Recruitment, Remuneration, Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Change Management and Payroll.
The successful candidate will need to possess the following skills/experience -
·Previous HR experience at Manager level (essential)
·Line management experience (essential)
·Experience working within an SME or growing company (desirable)
