Our client, due to experiencing rapid growth, is seeking a dynamic HR/People Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.


As the HR Manager, you will be a driving force in the company's expansion, collaborating with the leadership team to implement strategic HR plans that foster effective team management and cultivate an engaging workplace.


Your responsibilities will span talent acquisition, policy shaping, and ensuring the well-being of the diverse workforce across warehouse, office, and non-UK operations.

Areas of Responsibility:

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

Lead and oversee the recruitment process, enhancing the candidate experience and reinforcing the employee value proposition.

Provide guidance to people managers, ensuring high-quality recruitment campaigns aligned with brand and values.


Employee Relations:

Support people managers in addressing employee relations issues promptly and in alignment with company values.

Attendance Management:

Collaborate with people managers to manage attendance effectively, providing reporting, knowledge, and processes to minimize the impact of absences.

Foster a culture of well-being to ensure employees feel supported and cared for.


Performance Management:

Assist people managers in focusing on performance management to nurture a culture of high performance.

Provide support for addressing both underperformance and facilitating career development for high performers.


Compensation and Benefits:

Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.

Conduct regular market analyses to align the compensation structure with industry standards and support talent acquisition needs.


Policy Development and Compliance:

Develop and update HR policies for legal compliance and alignment with company values.

Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary, and educate people managers on compliance.


Employee Engagement:

Lead the employee feedback process, conducting regular engagement surveys to amplify the employee voice.

Collaborate with people managers to create action plans, establishing the workplace as an accredited employer of choice.


HR Metrics and Reporting:

Track HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives, utilizing data proactively to help people managers understand impact.

Prepare regular reports for management on HR activities and key performance indicators.
