Handle are proud to be partnering with an exciting creative business who are looking for a HR Manager to join their team on a 12 month FTC basis .
This role is a generalist role supporting with all aspects of HR for employees across all levels of the business. You will be working on HR projects and initiatives aligned to the business and working towards the strategic goals with a coaching approach. This role will give you the opportunity to operate at all levels of a creative business.
Working within the wider HR team the HR manager will help filter the people strategy down to teams and have a focus on employee experience whilst still driving daily operations.
The ideal candidate will be an established HR Manager who has ideally worked within a similar creative environment and has had experience managing a team. You will be able to work at pace, be hands on and confident in working with senior level stakeholders and ideally be CIPD qualified and/or have a Bachelors/Masters in HR.
