A fantastic opportunity has arisen working for a Health & Social organisation as a HR Officer. This is a brand new role due to growth with an opening of a new site in Worsley.
Your new role
As a HR Officer you will contribute to the achievement of my clients people agenda by managing the administration of the HR function, acting as the first point of contact for any people issues and coordinating and managing HR casework. You will support the Head of HR to achieve the highest standards of HR support by providing an employee-oriented, high performance workplace culture that emphasises accountability and encourages empowerment, quality, high standards and the ongoing development of a motivated workforce. The successful candidate will have a broad range HR technical capability, strong generalist experience and be qualified with a level 5 CIPD qualification.
What you need to succeed
- Operational HR Experience
- Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of employment law and HR best practice
- CIPD qualified or working towards
- Strong level of computer accuracy and HR Systems
