The role As HR Officer, you’ll become part of our HR team supporting 2 well known branded hotels based within the Midlands area. A little more … All things HR Administration. It’ll be varied as you’ll receive queries and support all on on-boarding, uniform, booking training, HR systems – plus much, much more! Providing support to our managers by answering HR-related questions You’ll be supporting, inductions training, assist ensuring our new team members get off to a great (and compliant!) start Succession planning and manging - Support the HOD’s and management, job reviews, probation and annual appraisals, leavers processing,  job changes etc Managing training administration via our e-learning platform Ensuring our systems are working effectively, everyone has the right access, and any issues are rectified quickly. You’ll also keep up to date, on all our systems, ensuring we effectively implement changes that will benefit us collating, reviewing, and sharing recommendations from data – this may be reports required by our operational or central teams or because you’re spot-checking one of our People systems (because of course, you’ll be looking for ways to improve, again!).
