As a HR Operations Manager you will provide robust HR generalist support to managers and employees across ER, recruitment, payroll, disciplinaries and grievances, employee benefits, and employee engagement.

Client Details

Page Personnel have partnered with an expanding FMCG business based in Bradford. They are looking for a HR Operations Manager to join them on a full time and permanent basis. The role is paying up to £40k, and offers hybrid working with free on site parking too.

Description

The successful HR Operations Manager will:

  • Provide robust HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on issues relating to ER, performance, grievances, disciplinaries, and absence management
  • Review and develop HR policies and procedures
  • Support with payroll activities including preparing change of conditions documentation and liaising with payroll on the administration of all changes to pay. Process weekly and monthly payroll including statutory year end returns and P60s & deal with employee salary and payroll queries
  • End to end recruitment processes, including producing contracts and offer letters, processing leavers, and processing any variations of contracts
  • Maintain the HR database including sickness absence reporting

Profile

The successful HR Operations Manager will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally at Manager level
  • Up to date knowledge of Employment Legislation
  • Previous experience working within a FMCG organisation
  • CIPD qualified to Level 3 or 5
  • High attention to detail with experience of dealing with confidential information
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Good IT skills
