Description

  • Report to Head of People services, managing a team of HR Coordinators and Systems Partner
  • Ensure an effective HR Operations service offering to the business
  • Workforce data reporting
  • Develop and manage the team including 121s, appraisals, PDPs etc
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Ensure System is regularly updated and providing accurate information
  • Writing reports and presenting at board level
  • Agree and work to agreed SLAs with the business

Profile

  • CIPD qualified
  • Knowledge of HR systems
  • Previous management experience
  • Proven track record in an HR operations or shared service role
  • Enthusiastic and engaging
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
