Description
The successful HRBP will be responsible for:
Providing support and guidance to managers around employee relations cases
Advising on complex queries
Supporting hiring managers with recruitment
Creating and updating HR policies and procedures
HR Project work.
Profile
The successful HRBP must have:
HRBP / Senior HR Advisor experience
Public sector experience would be desirable
Flexibility around supporting the team.
