Job Advertisement: HR Project Manager (Part-Time) We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead an Organisational Review within our Heritage, Culture, Museums, and Galleries service. This is a part-time, temporary role until December 2024, offering flexibility of 2.5 to 3 days per week. Working arrangements can be negotiated, with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule based in Edinburgh City Centre. Location : Edinburgh based, EH8 Pay Rate: £19.33 - £26.91 depending on experience Contract length: Until December Hours: Part Time 2.5-3 days per week. Day and hours negotiable Key Responsibilities: Review and update job descriptions Ensure the project runs on schedule Identify and engage key stakeholders Facilitate presentations, communications, and workshops Review role grading's Produce business cases and carry out consultation processes Provide ongoing HR support and guidance Lead implementation of the new organisational structure Additional tasks as required This role is ideal for someone with strong project management and HR experience, particularly in organisational reviews.
