Are you an HR Advisor seeking to work for an independent professional services firm in the heart of the City? Are you looking to work in a positive working environment where HR is deemed to be a positive influence and staff are treated in a compassionate and supportive manner?
Our client is a leading professional services firm with an HR team of four staff and approximately 150 professional staff. Reporting to the HR Director and HR Manager, this role will have a generalist HR focus with a strong recruitment and on-boarding element.
You will:
* Be primary point of contact for employee relations matters
* Manage all aspects of on-boarding including inductions and benefit enrolment
* Lead role in recruitment including CV screening, conducting interviews and orchestrating assessment centres
* Support HR Manager with reviewing salaries and benefits
* Act as the Well-being Champion for the firm
As the successful candidate you will:
* Be an experienced HR Assistant or HR Administrator
* Ideally be studying CIPD
