Job Description
The successful HR & Recruitment Officer will be responsible for:
* Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
* Overseeing the onboarding process for new starters
* Working closely with the Principal and other managers to determine staffing needs
* Coordinating new starter inductions and maintaining their training is up to date
* Monitoring absence management
* Maintaining the SCR.
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR & Recruitment Officer must have:
* HR generalist experience
* Experience managing recruitment campaigns
* Education experience would be desirable.
