Established and growing US Law Firm is seeking to expand their existing HR team by hiring a HR Specialist to join them on an initial 4-month FTC, specifically working within the Attorney Development HR team. Salary to £50,000 (Pro-rata)Hybrid Working 3 in the office, 2 remoteGreat exposure & opportunity to work directly with Partners & Fee-Earners The successful HR Specialist will be joining an excellent, professional team. Alongside this, the firm is going through an exciting stage of expansion and this newly created role will work directly with the firms legal talent. Key Responsibilities for the HR Specialist: Work closely with the Attorney Development Manager and wider HR team to support on all Attorney related HR.Assist in the end to end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers and assisting in the development of strategy.Assist with Attorney ER & Employee Life-Cycle.Support Attorney Development processes.Partner with wider HR teams to coordinate meetings and events.Utilise and maintain HR databases ) Workday / AllHires / ADP etc.Act as a known point of contact for the firm for Attorney HR queries.Assist on key projects, prioritising and managing workloads. Key Requirements for the HR Specialist: Knowledge of general computer software and specialist HR systems (Workday / AllHires / ADP).CIPD Qualified or in progress heavily beneficial.Ability to work with utmost discretion.Working knowledge and understanding of generalist HR functions in a legal setting.Ability to juggle different projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
