HR Transformation Partner
Slough
18 month Fixed Term Contract (to end of 2025)
KP Snacks are working with Intersnack Group (their parent company) to run a transformational project to centralise processes and systems, this of course involves a lot of change. We require a HR Transformation Partner to be an integral part of the project team. The HR Transformation Partner work closely with the Programme/Start up manager and Change Manager as well as the HR Managers at each company locationto provide strategic and day-to-day leadership to address the people changes/challenges for the project.
As HR Transformation Partner, some of your responsibilities will include:
- As HRTP to the project team, provide HR expertise and advice to the project
- Lead or support the Transformational Org Design activities happening as a result of the project
- Review any current role changes as a result of changes to WoW
- Act a single point of contact between site HR and project team for HR related queries and impacts
- Ensure HR activities take place to underpin Change Plan
- Advise on HR legal and employee relations matters to ensure consistency, legal compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Support and suggest tasks to be undertaken to create a successful on going business led project
Salary: Negotiable (dependent on experience)
