Job Description
We are currently working with a global hospitality brand who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join them on a 3 month interim basis.
To be successful in this role you will have experience with complex ER cases and high level consultation, experience handling transformation and be someone who is prepared to 'roll their sleeves up' and get involved in the heavy lifting work our client is about to undertake as well as being involved in all aspects of business partnering. Experience working with Director level and the ability to challenge this level when needed is essential.
Previous experience in corporate business partnering is required and we are ideally looking for someone who has experience working in a fast paced background and is comfortable working in this setting.
Previous experience in hospitality, retail or publishing desirable.
This is an ASAP start (looking for the successful candidate to interview asap and start next week)
Requirements
- A strong and proven HRBP with transformation and high level consultation experience
- Minimum 3 years working in HR.
- CIPD qualified
- Used to working as a business partner in a fast-paced environment
