Handle is excited to be partnering with an independent creative brand who are on the lookout for a standalone HR Business Partner to take full ownership of HR needs for c.70 employees.
This is very much a top to a bottom role where you will manage everything from the employee lifecycle, ad hoc recruitment, appraisals and salaryreviews, all the way through to defining the HR strategy and driving forward People & Culture initiatives. A passion for project work is ideal as this role will involve spearheading their diversity and inclusion strategy, engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
In addition, you will be working directly with the Senior Management Team so our ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills as well as a considered, commercial approach to HR.
