You will be joining a environmental design company as a HRIS Analyst to lead the implementation of Workday. You will be implementing and presenting back data to the wider team. You will also be conducting training sessions on Workday to give guidance and support on the newest HRIS systems.
Key skills
- Strong Workday experience
- Advanced Excel skill to be able to interpret and manipulate complex data
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- A quick learner, who is able to hit the ground running
- Good people and communication skills
- A natural eye for detail
