This role is an exciting opportunity to join an implementation project within a busy People and Culture team at one of the most recognised retailers in the UK. As System Implementation Manager, you will play a critical part to the success of the project and hold responsibility for the implementation, ensuring it is delivered on time and within budget.

Description
- Responsible for the successful delivery of the Success Factors implementation, managing the project budget and ensuring the project meets its key milestones
- Manage relationship with the Systems Integration Partner and issuing joint project status reports
- Triage, document, escalate, mitigate any issues seen during Development, Testing, and Go live
- Manage the User Acceptance Testing phase, ensuring the system configuration and behaviour is as expected and ready to launch
- Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders across the business - People & Culture, Technology, Retail Operations, Payroll and territory teams globally
- Support data migration from ADP Freedom to SuccessFactors- defining and implementing data quality review, data checks, data reconciliation for the system.
- Identify any People and Culture operational processes that require rework as a result of the new system, to drive more efficiency, to provide improved service and add further value
- Work with the People & Culture team to create or update any process documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the change impact, and create and deliver a change plan to include clear communications to users
- Act as the HR / Payroll subject matter expert to provide advice on SuccessFactors functionality in relation to the HR and payroll processes in scope
Profile
- Proven project management and technical experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors products
- Proven HR / Payroll experience
- Experience of end-to-end systems implementation
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload/tasks and work under pressure
