The Opportunity:
For the Ministry of Defence, maintaining National Security is a 24-hour-a-day, 365-day-a-year mission. To support these complex operations, the MoD partners with this Big4 Firm to empower critical thinking and drive value across its strategic initiatives and technology investments.
The Role:
As an HCT Consultant, you’ll help the UK’s defence, intelligence, and military agencies realise their future workforce ambitions and the tools/technologies required to achieve them. From developing strategies to implementing operating models and organisation design recommendations to supporting the delivery of transformative change initiatives that have a lasting impact.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Passport Holder with active DV (Developed Vetting Clearance)
- Military, Policing, National Security, Counter Terrorism or Pubic Sector experience.
Change Management:
- Lead change initiatives by aligning vision, communicating effectively, and engaging stakeholders.
- Drive cultural and behavioural changes through training and capability development.
- Manage transition in organisational structure and plan and deliver change efficiently.
- Support user onboarding and adoption, develop user journeys, and assess change impacts.
Organisation Design:
- Facilitate workshops to evaluate design options and develop strategic principles.
- Analyse workforce and financial data to inform future capabilities and design choices.
- Develop detailed design, including job descriptions and structures.
- Design target and interim operating models focusing on Organisation and People layers.
- Oversee implementation in collaboration with Change colleagues.
People and Workforce Analytics:
- Utilise data and technology to enable workforce design and enhance productivity.
- Optimise talent management through high-impact people analytics.
Leadership Advisory and Development:
- Develop leadership strategy and infrastructure.
- Provide leadership development at all levels and facilitate targeted interventions.
- Apply methodologies rooted in adult learning and behavioural psychology for coaching development.
Benefits:
- Base Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 (DoE)
- Discretionary Bonus - 5%
