  • Generalist HR Administration, responsible for managing the people team inbox
  • Ensuring the HR data/files are accurate and compliant at all times
  • Resolve general enquiries, escalating to the Senior HR Manager where necessary
  • Book exit interviews for the Senior HR Manager
  • Managing the onboarding process for new starters i.e right to work checks
  • Managing the leavers process ensuring the return of all company equipment
  • Refine administration processes looking for opportunities to improve efficiency wherever possible
  • Provide all administration support to the function, raising POs, taking minutes and other administration duties as assigned by the Senior HR Manager or CHRO.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes including; anti-bribery policy and environmental and quality management standards in compliance with ISO standards
