Position: HR Admin Associate


Location: Central Location


Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative support to the HR department, reporting directly to the HR Manager.
  • Assist in various HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
  • Support the HR department in coordinating recruitment efforts, from posting job openings to scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Play a crucial role in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in organising HR-related events, meetings, etc.
  • Handle HR admin-related inquiries from employees providing timely and accurate information.
  • Prepare HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR reports, with precision and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the HR team to support departmental initiatives and foster a positive work environment.



Requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HR software systems.
  • CIPD qualification or working toward certification.
  • Sound knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • A proactive and adaptable team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
