HR Assistant – London

Annapurna HR have been engaged to find an HR Assistant to join a leading Financial Services organisation going through exciting periods of transformation and growth. The successful candidate will support and assist the HR team to administer the entire range of human resources activities. You will be the first point of contact for all employees and provide a seamless and effective HR administration service across the business.

Role:

  1. Provide an effective range of administrative support functions necessary to the HR team.
  2. Prepare documentation and reports across the full end-to-end employee lifecycle.
  3. Maintain and update employee records.
  4. Be the first line of response to all HR queries.
  5. Keep all HR systems updated (Workday).
  6. Improve HR policies and processes.

Skills:

  • Proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HR Systems (Workday preferable).
  • Experience in working with data and information from multiple sources.
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of written communication.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience working autonomously.
