Catalyst Partners are working with a dynamic and innovative entertainment brand based in the heart of Soho, London. We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join their growing team and help them continue to thrive in the fast-paced world of entertainment. This will initially be a 6 month FTC with a view to go permanent.

As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting with a wide range of administrative tasks. You’ll be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, assist with recruitment processes, manage employee records, and help foster a positive workplace culture. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their HR career in a vibrant and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records through Bamboo HR, ensuring all HR data is accurate and up to date.
  • Support the HR Director with various administrative tasks, such as preparing HR documents, managing calendars, and organising training sessions.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance as needed.
  • Assist in organising company events, wellness programs, and other employee engagement activities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Help foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture in line with our brand’s values.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Must have experience with Bamboo HR.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
